By booking an appointment at Mazí Hair you are agreeing to our Cancellation Policy and consenting to any cancellation charges.

We kindly request 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.

A friendly reminder text is sent 72 hours prior to your appointment, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact the salon directly via phone, email or our socials. 

Cancellations within 48 hours may result in the following fees:

Haircut/Styling Appointment: $50

Colour Appointment: $65

Haircut and Colouring Appointment: $115.

A no show appointment will result in a fee of 100% of your booked service/s.

Please note: if we are able to fill your appointment before your scheduled booking time, you will not incur any cancellation fees.

 We are all human and aware that both clients or our team can run late for various reasons. At Mazí we do all we can to ensure we run to schedule. 

A grace period of 10 minutes is offered from your scheduled booking time before having to reschedule the appointment. In return we ask that you are equally as understanding when our team are running late for your appointment.
